The BR-X5 differs from the BR 05 thanks to its movement and functions displayed on the dial, featuring a large date window at 3 o'clock and a circular power reserve indicator at 9 o'clock, allowing for control of the watch's autonomy. These features give the new BR-X5 a unique visual identity.

The BR-CAL.323 in-house movement is an automatic mechanism with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours. Functions include hours, minutes, and seconds, as well as a date window at 3 o'clock and a power reserve indicator at 9 o'clock. The polished satin-finished steel case measures 41 mm in width and 12.80 mm in thickness, with a screw-down crown and crown protector, while the back is made of sapphire with an oscillating weight.

The dial is sunburst glacier blue, with applique indices filled with Super-LumiNova® and skeletonized hour and minute hands filled with Super-LumiNova®. The rehaut is graduated in 60 minutes with black markings. The crystal is anti-reflective treated sapphire, and the watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The bracelet is in polished satin-finished steel, with a deployant clasp also in polished satin-finished steel.
