To understand the terms of delivery of champsdor.com, certain principles must be remembered when placing an order.

Upon receipt of your order and your payment, we receive the items on our logistics platform (subject to product availability from our suppliers). We then prepare your order and ship it to you the same day via specialized carrier.

Delivery zone

Orders placed on champsdor.com are delivered in mainland France, throughout Europe and worldwide ( except BELL & ROSS only delivered in France ).

The "Personal delivery" option is available for delivery in Paris only.

Delivery methods

Specialized carrier with declaration of the value of the object and insurance included.
Depending on the mode of operation of the mandated carrier, you will be contacted by telephone to agree on a delivery date, included in the period relating to the delivery times communicated during the validation of your order.

Shipping cost

Delivery and preparation costs vary according to:

  • the weight, the volume, the fragility of your order.
  • the carrier in charge of your order
  • the declared value of the transported product.

You can view the delivery charges that apply to your order in your basket before paying for your order.

During a sale, if you wish to complete a first basket already validated with products from the same sale, additional shipping costs will be added to those previously invoiced. Their amount will be communicated to you before validating the payment of your second basket.

On the other hand, the shipping and logistics preparation costs of two separate orders cannot under any circumstances be grouped together.

Can I choose my delivery date?

As soon as we receive the products in our warehouses, they are sorted, processed and sent to our customers.

How do I know the transport status of my package?

When shipping your package, champsdor.com sends you an email containing a tracking number for the package. champsdor.com also tracks all its packages.

Delivery issues

Despite the mobilization of champsdor.com and its transport partners, some malfunctions may occur during the delivery of your package.
