champsdor.com offers you to make your purchases with complete peace of mind by validating your orders by payment card with our sales assistants in the Customer Relations Department by telephone at 01.40.76.02.02 (free call made from an Internet box landline) .

Then fill in your bank details. Once your payment has been validated, you will receive an email with your transaction summary.

 

It is possible to validate your order via Paypal. Fill in your bank details and, once the payment has been validated by our Payments department, the watch will be automatically sent, by carrier, to your payment address. It is possible to send to a different address, in France, without any additional cost.

We would also like to point out that champsdor.com does not store any information relating to your bank details.

                                                     

What happens if my bank refuses my payment?

Payment checks are carried out by our payment partner CIC or Paypal.

It is possible that your bank does not give spontaneous authorization by issuing reservations on your payment.

It also happens that our payment partners do not immediately inform us of your bank's agreement, even if your balance is in credit.

In both cases, your order changes to "WAITING FOR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION" status. We therefore advise you to contact your bank in order to be informed of the methods of acceptance of payment by Internet that it offers. Depending on the response from your bank, you can contact us to find out the status of your watch and the availability of the product.

Payment in 1, 3 or 10 installments free of charge

Designing and producing your own mechanical movements requires a certain vision, perseverance and above all passion.

Payment in 3 installments free of charge with Receive and pay:

 

• The price is between 300 and 1,500 euros, your order is confirmed immediately!
• the purchase is made in mainland France.

1 . I validate my basket. I choose to pay with ReceiveAndPay. Secure space

2 . I validate my purchase by indicating my personal information. They are never transmitted to the sites.
They are used to create my account . I am not debited. 

3 . I am patiently awaiting the delivery of my order. I am not debited.
On the expected delivery date, I receive an email from ReceiveAndPay. I have 7 days to log into my account and trigger or suspend payment in installments.

4. If I suspend my payment, the ReceiveAndPay experts intervene with the merchant.

Two scenarios are then possible :

I am finally delivered and satisfied. I signal my agreement to ReceiveAndPay and I trigger the debit of my CB or my credit reserve.

The merchant fails to honor his obligations : my order will be definitively canceled and I will never have been debited.

Breakdown of debits:

• 1/3 - on the day of shipment
• 1/3 - 30 days after receipt
• 1/3 - 60 days after receipt

Indeed, we will establish together a financing file to which you will have to attach the following documents:

• CNI (National Identity Card),
• RIB (Bank Identity Statement) ,
• Proof of residence (EDF, France Telecom...),
• 3 Latest Salary Slips or the Tax Notice.
• For a Company Manager, please attach a SIRET.

As part of the financing file, response guaranteed within 24 hours after verification and approval of the documents by our financial partner Sofinco.
